I'm very much disinclined to believe that she wouldn't have gone public anyway; just a little more remunerative to wait till he was president. And after all, she DID agree to be "picked up and delivered". Thought he was gonna "offer her a job"?? Gimme a break.

The trooper in question has reported that she said happily that she was going to be "Clinton's girlfriend", and her own sister is on record as saying that later the same day Jones told her about having an opportunity to make a lot of money.

Could it be that the rejection was on the other side? And it angered her? They had it off and then he never called again?

An innocent victim? I don't think so. "Gold digger" is one of the nicer words.
