Michael Price is on this one...Franklin Mutual Advisers owns 8.6% of
common and filed a form 13D publicly calling for Apria to accept one
of the proposals to acquire Apria. Transworld has an $18/share offer

I bought in big on the briefing.com story. They are usually careful on what they say, and where the recommendations come from. In the past, briefings own recommendations have been bery accurate. I just hope they meant "easy money". Accordning to a news story released last week, the board is meeting "later this month", only 5 days left in January.
