My 2 cents.....better to see several holders as they all rush
to sell at lockup expiration and tank the stock much
quicker....whereas 1 holder will be a little more cautious
so as not to end up with a "busted convertible"

M. Carter, I have placed Saba on my watch list. Also ORVX, not marginable but may get hyped above $5 so the convertibles can short.
