Yes, technically one could say that PTOI's operations were suspended from the very start.

Right after JBII/PTOI founder Mr. Bordynuik announced commercial operations had commenced, he immediately shut down the processor, supposedly to improve the design...but he didn't tell investors that until almost a year later. He left shareholders erroneously believing that commercial operations were ongoing for almost a year.

When current CEO Mr. Heddle announced in late 2013 that the 'flagship' processor was ramping up production and announced that the only issue was finding an operator who could operate the processor as efficiently as Mr. Bordynuik, he neglected to tell investors around that same time he left the processor full of water, turned off the heat to the building in the middle of winter and left for an extended period of time. Mr. Heddle left investors believing that the 'flagship' processor was cranking out fuel for six months before telling them the processors were completely out of commission for that entire time. Also with leaving for an extended period of time in late 2013, apparently he was in no hurry to keep ramping up production despite that production supposedly being the lynchpin to PTOI's success. Then six months later he finally announced that the pipes filled with water had frozen and burst...but then quickly announced that he had fixed the processors...but then silently reverted back to saying the processors were still out of commission. Now almost six years later and Mr. Heddle still can't find the money to fix the frozen pipes despite showing millions of dollars going in and out.

Plastic2oil Inc is virtually synonymous with fraud. It's amazing that there are PTOI shareholders who still don't have any idea that they're being scammed...and that's even after the constant deception by the company has been pointed out to them. How badly would Mr. Heddle have to screw over shareholders before shareholders stop trusting him and start blaming him rather than mysterious nefarious forces supposedly working to destroy PTOI??!! As dishonest as Mr. Heddle has been so far, it hasn't affected his credibility among the Faithful and Patient.
