It is a good value here, but the possibility of bad news in the order pipeline will put a lid on it for at least the next quarter or two. Fear of Asian pushouts/cancellations (justified) keeps money managers from buying for now. When/if we hear bad news, a spike down would be the time to build positions.

Sold the 500 shares at 36 5/16 2 days ago. Just bought back 300 today at
33 7/8. AISI's products are techinally very good. I don't see them loosing
any of their current OEM contracts. The key here is how much more business
the ESI world wide sales force can attract for AISI. I agree with you that ESIO
is a good value at this price. I am buying everytime the stock goes down a
dollar....of course until I run out of money...We may temporarily see 32 1/2
tomorrow, I will be buying.....I bet you it is all those ESI employees selling the stocks they bought last year thru their purchase plan. If you read the annual
report, ESI introduced a pretty nice purchase plan for their employees last
year.

Buy when there is blood on the stree!!!! And sit back and wait...
