Since the Constitution is clear in that the militia must be regulated by Congress and none of the gun nuts are regulated by Congress then we have to assume this generation of gun nuts are plain stupid.

As I wrote previously, if you want to play with a gun, fine, it's a toy, but you're not in a militia.
