Actually, the YHOO float is larger than you think. If you follow the YHOO thread you'd know that the real float is over 10 million now, although it's still a pretty small fraction of the outstanding shares.

Now AMZN, well, that's another story. <G>

Excite has a great chance in my opinion of actually posting a profit this Q. Barring an adverse effect of picking up NetBot. Due to the rather large fees due it by Preview Travel.

Bell might be going on the boob tube to caution...that without the fees...which do not reoccure at the contract signing level...but they'll still be black in 3Q 98.

When the holders of Yahoo! figure this Excite is prime time on Web/TV, Aol, Prodigy, Compuserve, and it's EPS will eventually make Yahoo!s' look the a pencil seller on a street corner...you'll see the big numbers in the stock price...supported by a good multiple....all because of float.

...don't make me cry. still hoping, as you say, to be able to get back in in low 30's. i think that 20's is in the rear view mirror now.
