Off Topic...

Pugs,

Thought you might be interested in this 'lil stock as well. Heard the CEO on the "Inside Wall Street" radio spot yesterday afternoon. According to him, his company has brought together an outstanding management team, including some guy named Oral Roberts (no.. I don't know if there is any family connection to the "God is coming to take me in 8 days" Roberts... :0)

He claimed they were working on a 48 megawatt power plant in Colombia... (yeah right... :0)

Anyway... biz.yahoo.com

Subject 16689

Very suspicious in my eyes. But hey... you never know, now do ya??

Take care!!

Regards,

Ron

I believe the timetable to be far too agressive. 14 weeks from date of order would be excellent.

Another consideration will be the slab, has the new building been downsized to sit on the 100ft. existing slab, or will they go through with their plans for the 250 x 70 building with offices tacked on to the building? If that is the case, they need to excavate, pour footings, extend the current slab, seal it, and cure it before construction begins. If they are not experienced in construction and they have delivery schedules that must be met, they may not be able to depend upon the building being completed in time.
