I might have been a bit too hard on Mr. Brain. Being gullible doesn't make a person a shitty person. Mr. Brain doesn't strike me as a swindler. Others like Mr. Bordynuik and Mr. Heddle are clearly dishonest and they do strike me as shitty people.

I don't have anything against Mr. Brain but he's clearly not stepping up in his role as director. It's true that he accepted the responsibility for very little pay but now he's not stepping into the responsibility he accepted. Likewise for Mr. Aspin.

If the directors' hands are tied because Mr. Heddle is asserting complete control by the debt owed him, they should resign as directors and give that honest reason for stepping down.
