Again a rather naive approach. Once those who have bought the IPO's cash out, those who buy those appreciated shares don't take risk? Look what happened today. The market value of these stocks have some intrinsic par value, but it also helps the companies gain access to capital markets to fund further growth, etc. If what you said were true, everyone could cash out of IOM tomorrow and it would not have an affect on stock price not IOM ability to borrow funds for future development.
