DL and to ALL: Talked to the Company today and the next report (annual) may not be out until March some time. The Company said the Feb 23 date is not a crucial delisting date. The date, however is a trigger point for NASDAQ giving NRI a notice on which a company has 90 days to cure or become delisted. The Company said "LOTS OF GOOD THINGS GOING ON". Regarding the QQTTC, questions to the CEO is best after the report. Besides, now is not a good time as he is extremely busy doing "GREAT THINGS". Jaffo...the extra 90 days, although likely to be not necessary, gives us a great buffer. Jaffo
