Warrants - IMO, the warrants are only good if you believe that the
stock price will climb (to say $8 a share) and hold their value. I
personally expect a sharp jump upward to $8-10 (maybe more, depending
on the seismic numbers) and then a moderate fallback to the $6 range.
Based on that, I would buy the stock now and simply hold until it
climbs. I don't know how quickly one can convert their warrants into
stock so that they can then sell it. Seems like the window will be
small for selling. Of course, one could simply convert and hold until
the drilling is done. Not me, though. I'm probably going to sell it
all on the run-up, and then just follow the company until we put the
drill in the ground. Then I may buy back in heavily. It all depends
on the coming releases on seismic, JV, and refinery contracts.

Just my humble opinion,
JT

P.S. There are other views that the stock could climb much higher. I
hope that is the case, but I am not counting on it. Either way,
I will probably be out by mid-Feb (end of March at the latest).

P.S.S. BTW, I do not hold any warrants. Too risky! LOL!!!

GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!
