Marty,
I believe incorporation in Delaware also provides greater immunity from legal actions by shareholders as well as hostile takeovers. I hope taxes and takeovers are their main motivation :)))

Marty, Hi,
In a recent post, you mentioned an expectation for the Gruy reservoir report. I'm assuming you contacted Gruy a week ago or so, alas perhaps to no avail. I, too, had run this route twice, 2 weeks and a month ago. Yes, NAMX is a client of Gruy, but no reservoir report had been received at the time of my calls. Maybe, Geophysik
has replaced Gruy for this work. Were you able to dig up anything new along these lines?
