During a discussion with MSNBC’s Chris Matthews, former Republican Rep. David Jolly said Lewandowski outed himself as a liar, but he also gave the committee some major ammunition in their ongoing impeachment investigation. “Lewandowski gave House Judiciary Committee what they needed today for an article of impeachment against the president of the United States for obstruction of justice,” Jolly said. Lewandowski added fuel to the impeachment fire Donald Trump was raving about Lewandowski’s performance earlier on Tuesday, but as the hearing went on, the president’s former campaign manager began to implode little by little. By the end of the chaotic testimony, Lewandowski demonstrated that he is nothing but another Trump shill who will do anything – even obstruct justice – to please his former boss. As a result, not only are Democrats on the verge of holding Lewandowski in contempt, but they have fresh ammunition in their ongoing impeachment investigation.
