Sorry, couldnt get onto SI server before I left last nite. Anyway:

1. Yahoo...wild stock to begin with so almost all bets are off. This thinghas a mind of its own.
2. Prints outside the bid/ask...could be late prints? did they have an .sld designation (sold out ofsequence)? The last piece was just that a last print onthe offer probably sinceyou said it kicked up a teenie.
3. 30000 after the close...maybe a mm had been working a ticket to sell stock, sold for client all day out of firm inventory, then figured out average price, marked itup (or down in this case) by the amount he wanted profit and then brought in the piece from the clients account to cover the short in the inventory account.
I know excite orlycos (one of the two, i think) had earnings so maybe they saw the earnings and legitimately filled the balance on an order to buy that they had, feelingthe stock wouldmove lower today.

YHOO- like I said, wild, wild stock and very difficult to dtermine the reason for action.

Good luck, sorry I couldnt be more exacting. Infact, the only one who knows is the person that put upthose prints.
Steve
