First my e mail has been burning and churning all week - end. MVSI had a good week, up 15/16's for the week. I am glad we are clear of the < 5 > price because any stock below 5 is not marginable and that might have set off some margin calls and or panic selling. I would like to address a few topics tonight, one the coverage issue. The brokerage firm which will do coverage has indicated to MVSI that they would like to meet again this week and visit the Socrates facility. That tour and visit is scheduled this week. Coverage should be forth coming some time after the visit. Second, Technet has obtained and closed on three nice y2k contracts for about 10 million and has at least 6-7 more pending. Technet is working on y2k solutions for the City of Baltimore, City or District of Columbia and the U.S. State Department. MVSI should be making these announcements soon. 1 st quarter numbers will be out first week or second week of February. Revenue should be in the 13-14 million area. Also 2 nd quarter numbers are looking real nice also and well above last years. I wish I could comment further, but I' ll let MVSI report most of the good news. Again, I appreciate your support and I have tried to provide accurate and reliable information on MVSI. More too come...... and by the way Denver by 3, 17-14. Marty
