TKA-

-Your right on the conflict issue with the individuals-But I still think the three associations which you describe may find a way to use this information without compromising their Lobbyists. I could ask Helen Sikes who I talked to today and a few other times. She seemed quite interesed in your information.

Another thing that concerns me is that the "State" and the Governor in his speech last night constantly use the example of the young girl locked in the car in the heat while her mother played the machines. Claiming that the mothers addiction caused the death. The amount of the tobacco deaths in the state of S.C. due to addiction to tobacco I believe is kept as a public record. Again the question could be asked-"How many deaths per year in S.C. from gambling or Video Poker" versus how many deaths from tobacco"which the state supports and encourages as you have demonstrated.
