For some unknown reason the MM raised the ask today late to 2 1/16. He didn'd do that all week long even when buys were going off on the ask and volume was heavier. I bought some during the week and paid the ask and both times he bumped the ask by 1/16 then lowered it back to 1/16 above the bid on the next sale. The spread is wider today than it has been in a month or more. Anyone want to venture a guess as to why.
1 5/8 bid.... 2 1/16 ask
