The IRS would frown on his claim his business suits are deductible. In order to qualify, his clothing would have to be inappropriate for everyday wear.
Wouldn't matter. The Rev. Al owest IRS a s**t ton of money they haven't been able to collect. He doesn't care what they do.

The IRS does not have the courage to go after Sharpton, no matter how illegitimate his tax returns. Also remember the IRS is part of the swamp.
