Think on this fellows. What if Baker and the boyz are out, and someone else is going to take this thing over and they have some cash to run it right. In this case, and the only true hope for the whole mess, I thing we could all at least get our origional investments back with maybe a little to spare. Any one else have any other good ideas of how this thing can be saved. We all know they have good products that once worked o k. What happens to the assets in this case. After all don't we all own them.....Archie

To all: Just got back. I pulled up to the office about 1:45 p.m.. As I was pulling onto the road where they are located I saw the secretary getting into her car. I tried to pull in and catch her, but she drove off before I could turn into their road. P.S., she was wearing a dress!

Anyway, the place was all locked-up and no one was there. I looked in as many windows as possible; and, all of the furniture was still there, along with a plethora of computers and what-not. Also, it did not appear as though they were attempting to pack anything to move. I'll check again tomorrow (and every day until someone at least answers the phone).

Sold my shs. @ .17 for a .05 profit. If it does settle back down I'll probably buy in again. For all of your sakes though, I hope it doesn't settle back down. Meantime, I'll stay on their case just for something exciting to do.

GeneM

JPS:

It is pretty tough to give these legal matters due consideration. I don't have both sides of the story. Never have, and unless someone dumps the court files on my front stoop with completed discovery, never will. At best I would be guessing and speculating, and to that end, as I have said before, I don't think, from what I know, the lawsuits pose(d) much of a problem to the well-being of the corporation. Further, I certainly can't do a personality profile on the Baker Boyz based upon some litigation I have few hard facts about. Good guys get sued all the time by pains-in-the-asses, not just vice versa.

I have had several personal emails with Laurens in the past where I have expressed these very same opinions. I never once dismissed anything he said out of hand, or anything anyone on this board has said out of hand.

Also, I doubt very seriously that, given the number of outstanding shares and the way the stock has tanked, that Zani is only getting a few calls about the stock. Infact, that would shock me. I even heard a rumor that some big biker dude was planted in the lobby, not leaving until he got some answers. Tell me that happens every day! (Go Gene!)

Who ever is keeping the records on this board, did I set a record for the most posts in one day?
