Freddie, suggest we consider cutting Ira some slack. Having dealt with sale/acquisitions (at both ends of the spectrum), one would be out of line (if not crazy) to divulge pertinent details of any pending acquisition at anytime prior to the stage of "all final docs" being solidified by all parties concerned. Ira stated that the final Docs should be completed sometime next week. Lets be "patient". OK? Best of luck with your and "our" investment(s) Best regards, Ken
