You just totally misrepresented what Flynn said.

What Flynn said in that article goes right along with his theory of education increasing IQ by 60 points over the last 120 years,

They found the British kids IQ are a bit lower today, a couple of points, than 30 years ago because Flynn is guessing "they are stagnating".

Can't you see that supports his theory.
