I don't think you are understanding that article. All my post was about was:"The Flynn Effect". All I said is that people got smarter during the last century due to education. That is the Flynn effect-lol! The article you posted is not saying the Flynn Effect is not real, what it is talking about is a decline in a certain place and trying to figure out what is causing it. And the decline is minimal compared to the increase. And I am sure they can find places where people are actually getting even smarter like South Korea where they study so hard. That is it. A 2018 study published by the National Academy of Sciences confirmed the decline. The results show that those born in 1991 scored about five points lower than those born in 1975, and three points lower than those born in 1962.
