Can't find my calculator, but off the top of my head:

Visigen (0.14)* 14,500 * 0.8 / 40,000 = (0.04)

So I took the 14 cent loss, multiplied it by visigen's 14,500k shares at a Borland exchange of about 0.8 and divided by 40,000k shares of Borland. I come up with a loss of about 4 cents. So Borland needs to make 4 cents (on the shares before the acquisition dilution) to be a break-even quarter.

Again, this is a back of the envelope, did I get my numbers right? Doesn't sound bad to me...
