THe MM's can't walk away until they cover their short. Estimated short position = 5-6MM shares ( naked ) The MM's are waiting for the 10K, The co. won't release the 10K until the $10MM is rec'd 1/28. BTW, the investor has been making regular visits to the bottling facilities. The $3MM investor is well aware of the short position. His intentions are not yet confirmed. The merger was designed, IMO, not only for RMCW to become a publically traded co.( RMIL ) but to bust the short. SOLIDARITY Pugs
