Doug,
Re -- DLJ investigated by SEC?

Re -- AMD DLJ -Estimates for first qtr from First Call (0.13)/DLJ (0.10), thats really out of line!.

98 Consensus estimates (1.00) DLJ estimates (1.75) thats 75% above consensus.

Re -- Neither AMD nor DLJ would risk passing non public info to
one another, on the contrary I would guess both DLJ and
its customers have lost money on both AMD stock and the
Bond issue floated by DLJ.

Do we know that? That's why the SEC should look into it. As for DLJ losing money on AMD stock, Jerry Sanders made money on AMD stock when he sold in the high 30's. I don't know when that guy Joe Roby? from DLJ sold.

Re -- -AMD's price is far from inflated PSR=1.0

Thats for the market to decide.

Re-- No affiliation with DLJ
Prove it. You were the one with their CC conference number.

Doug, I'd be interested in a replay number if there is one -- by time I saw your message about DLJ conference call, the number was "no longer valid." Or, can you summarize what they said?

TIA, Petz
