Cable is very fast, but it depends on how many people are on in your neighborhood... Sometimes it's very fast and other times it's slower than my old telephone modem US robotics 33.6 using aol. I prefer to trade on aol using the tel connection.... it's actually faster than the dlj web site using cable modem,... except during heavy trading days, and then they are both almost useless and I end up calling dlj on the phone to place a trade. All in all I'm happy that I have the road runner service, cause big downloads are always faster. Hope this helps. Regards, Ken Miller
