Teddy, did you lower your voice to sound at least twice your age when you called, or did you use that nice high soprano that hasn't changed yet?

Hi Glen, I didn't abandon, I just don't have a lap top attached to my personage...
OK, everyone must be in a panic. I'll try to explain some things.
Whenever a sector reverses its position (whether up or down) and it is in either the oversold or overbought area, there is always going to be some volatility.
I have not changed my original comments on the oil service sector being in "bear alert" and in a great position to buy equities. It still is a sector that is way oversold and in great field position for advancement. However, that advancement may take some time. Think long term. Watching the market every minute does have its disadvantages (unless you are a day trader) be careful not to think too short term. You will be very pleased when the sector is riding up and your positions are doing well in the long run. You may even forget days like today.
Make sure your positions are fundamentally sound (Big Dog) and technically sound.
Now, if something changes in the big picture I will be here to tell you.
If I might add an observation. This applies to me as well. We lived through a great bull market and are accustomed to stocks running up to enormous levels and making huge profits. We don't have that kind of market right now. Be prudent. Don't buy on rumor buy on sound fundamental and technical fact. This isn't just a game, it is your money.
I'm still bullish on oil service until the indicator tells me not to be.
As far as SLB (jeez louise) it didn't break its low of 68 but it did break some bottoms. I'm holding long term.
I hope this helps.
I just heard, this very second, an analyst on CNBC who just said what I did. Prices and earnings in Oil Service will do well this year, they just got a little beaten up today. May be some buying opps out there folks. Check your FA & TA.
Best of luck
