this woud be a good deal for ibm and gtw too.
it gives gtw access to the volumes they need to compete by purchaing components cheap, gives them internat'l reach.
and most of all gives them systems, even ELM
be a great move....
plus ibm sucks on pcs.
gtw helps them there.
