President Obama crippled them with lower oil prices. Trump is trying to get prices up again just like Bush who gave us record oil prices. Republican policies help dictators like Putin. Putting some numbers on this. Russia's GDP was around $300 billion when Bush was elected. By the time he left office it was well over $1 trillion. Oil....that's how we cripple that dictator. But now Russia is selling its oil to China. Russia has the 11th largest economy in the world. Do some research before you make outlandish claims.
