Wharfie,
It's too bad the environment crosses property, city, state, and national lines.
So does sinful behavior, but hey, as long as you can shout "SCIENCE" at the top of your lungs, you can push any alarmist dogma like the following:

- The world is ending in 12 years.
- We're at the beginning of a mass extinction.
- We have taken away the future of an autistic teenage celebrity.

I will never forget what Alighieri said. "Religion is not inert with respect to the rest of us." That's how he justified silencing anything that remotely hinted at religious expression.

Bill Nye, the so-called "science guy," also thinks religion is harmful to society.

Funny how these anti-theists believe religion crosses property, city, state, and national lines, just like the environment.
