Dan, just to clarify, I received a news release from Steve Cook dated Jan 20, 98. It contains a liitle more info than the one posted on the Yahoo Finance site. It reads "Mr. Weltman recently reported that he increased his share ownership holding in GLC to 515,020 shares, having purchased 332,000 in November/December, 1997". So I take the response that you received to your question 01 to be referring to Larry's purchases and that the company still has untill July 98 to make it's announced buyback of approx. 1M of the public float. Also, that phone number on my last posting is for the Feb 3rd conference call. Regards, Pete.
