Arithmetic. They teach you that in 1st and 2nd grades. I'm here on a board for adults where a kind man is doing arithmetic for liberals.

You are a very kind, and patient man. If there is an after life, you will be on the top of it. LOL!

TWY, the reason why I say that the "25% black vote" is symbolic is because if Trump manages to achieve that, he'd have also achieved significant gains in other voting blocs, especially other minorities like the growing Latino population.

I personally don't think Trump will gain more than maybe 15% of the black vote, but even that is pretty damn good.

... OR ...

He might gain up to 20% of the black vote just because many of the black Democrats chose to stay home. That could happen if the Democrats make the mistake of nominating someone like Joe Biden.

TWY, from your neck of the woods, and because both my wife and the CEO of AMD, who are Asian, attended Bronx Science:

'Our Plan Didn't Work': De Blasio Indicates Openness to Keeping the SHSAT

Here's the best part of the article:
Earlier this year, a study by the city's Independent Budget Office said the elite schools would change under de Blasio's plan. The study found that the percentage of black students accepted would jump to 19 percent from 4 percent and the percentage of Hispanics would more than quadruple, to 27 percent from 6 percent. The percentage of Asian students would drop in half, to 31 percent from 62 percent. The number of white students would remain about the same.
You see, affirmative action is NEVER at the expense of white people with their "white privilege." It always comes at the expense of us Asians.

And yet Asians continue to vote Democrat by huge margins. Go figure.
