Did AB say they were "working with Intel" or "working with Intel on sub-$1000 PCs"? CUBE could be working with INTC on settops. Don't forget TCI and the statements about the TCI settops having hardware MPEG2 decode.

Even C-Cube distributers have lower inventories this year. And less distributers in VCD.

Settops will support both Java and Window CE as a hedge.

Cube's working to create Super VCD titles now. They are needed before a launch of Super VCD players, sometime in 1998.

Gross margins to improve by 1% to 1.5% in Q1.

Continued decreases in VCD chip prices seen. They will be reversed by next generation devices(DVD, Super VCD).

Wafer cost won't decline until second 1/2.
