Timing is everything Looking at VLSI's 4Q report after reviewing all of the other quarterly reports make me feel that the company's stock would be much higher if, of all things, it had reported later rather than sooner. Looking back now, VLSI's solid sequential revenue growth looks downright good compared to many, many of the other chips companies. Earnings were and should be far better than LSI's. Prospects look sound, perhaps even stout. And look at the stock price today. Poor little VLSI gets no respect.
