These things take a long time to filter to the surface, as they’re now starting to. But beneath the surface, it has gotten a lot worse. I would agree with that. Condo prices have been falling and inventory rising for several years.. I checked the downtown area. About two years of inventory per Realtor.com now.. Wolf was already negative three years ago..
