Henry,

I was wondering the same thing as I was reading the 13D, what is putting the market off that is keeping the stock down. I think it is probably the fact that there are no details regarding the cost of the financing. Other than that I found it encouraging. I have a few more questions I want to ask both companies but I will be staying in and may consider adding if it continues to drift lower.

Henry

So far , nothing looks good here. Although the payment is in some kind of note, I'm, sure a certain factoring company can be found that will loan him some money that will be considered paid when the note comes due. This should be rejected out of hand. They can come back when say something. Healthmed can give 10 bucks a share and then there will just be positive voices here and they can do the Katz thing. Regards.

Also, If that stuff about Lisa Katz is true with regards to shareholders, it just indicates she is getting that attitude from higher up. I hope it's not true for all the people she has talked to.

Henry,

Concerning "So what doesn't the market like". This stock has been here before on the brink of Lidacol being approved only to have some disappointment occur. Well after this has happened three or four times naturally the market isn't going to respond this time until it all happens and the money is in the bank.
