The EU which also lending money to Ukraine wanted the corrupt prosecutor fired as well before more donor money could be released.

Nothing illegal hiring unqualified people to the board. Biden sr should of stepped in but no quid pro has been unearthed.

Trump is screwed anyways. The Manhattan DA may file criminal charges on him and his family for fraud. But the NY AG will most likely sign the death warrant for the Trump Org. which can’t be appealed.

Biden's crimes don't excuse trumps crimes.

He will be impeached. Conviction is less clear. The Senate is full of people who hated trump when he ran, despised him for good reason, now they are all brown nosers.

I think they are afraid of him in two ways, one re-election. That's clear. But I also think they are afraid of him as in Night of the Long Knives people who think it can't happen here are naive.

Hunter Biden 'did not violate anything,' former Ukrainian prosecutor says
Trump is facing allegations that he tried to pressure the Ukrainian government to investigate the former vice president's son.

A former Ukrainian prosecutor who investigated a gas company tied to Hunter Biden said Thursday that there was no evidence the former vice president's son engaged in illegal activity.

"From the perspective of Ukrainian legislation, he did not violate anything,” Yuriy Lutsenko told The Washington Post.

Lutsenko, who served as Ukraine's prosecutor general from May 2016 until last month, closed the investigation into the gas company Burisma and its oligarch owner in 2017, The New York Times has reported. Earlier this year, Lutsenko met with President Donald Trump's personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, and discussed Burisma, Lutsenko's spokeswoman told Bloomberg. Then in March, according to the Times, Lutsenko reopened an investigation into the company, though his spokeswoman has disputed that.

The meetings with Giuliani were referred to in a bombshell whistleblower complaint unsealed Thursday that alleged that Trump had pressured the Ukrainian president to investigate the Bidens.

In May, Lutsenko told Bloomberg News that his office had found no evidence of wrongdoing against Hunter Biden or his father, Joe Biden, who'd helped to oust Lutsenko's predecessor.

That prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, had been accused of failing to act in numerous corruption cases, including the investigation into Burisma. In addition to the United States government, the European Union and the International Monetary Fund have demanded that Shokin be replaced.

On Thursday, Lutsenko said he did not know of any Trump administration officials going to Ukraine to investigate the claims against the Bidens.

“No American groups came to Ukraine for an investigation,” he told the Post.

Lutsenko added that whatever wrongdoing there might have been at Burisma took place before Hunter Biden joined the company.

“Hunter Biden cannot be responsible for violations of the management of Burisma that took place two years before his arrival,” Lutsenko told the Post.

Giuliani Will ‘Absolutely’ Face Criminal Charges for Ukraine Meddling: Ex-SDNY Prosecutor
September 29, 2019 at 03:04 PM ET
By Tom Boggioni – Raw Story

Appearing on MSNBC with host Alex Witt, a former SDNY prosecutor who served with Rudy Giuliani when he was a U.S. Attorney said there was no doubt in his mind that the former New York City mayor will face criminal charges over his dealings with officials in Ukraine.

Speaking with the host, attorney John Flannery noted that many of Giuliani’s former associates who served as prosecutors believe he has broken the law.

“It’s been a long time coming, the levels of disappointment with Rudy,” Flannery began. “When I first knew him, I thought he was the kind of fellow we would find on the Supreme Court in his Bobby Kennedy days before he went to Washington. Now I see a guy who should be arrested for impersonating a criminal defense attorney.”

Wit later in the interview pressed the former prosecutor about Giuliani’s shenanigans in Ukraine, asking, “Do you think Rudy Giuliani is in legal jeopardy?”

“Absolutely, ” Flannery shot back without missing a beat. “We have a combination of bribery, we have the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act at risk here because we’re paying a favor, withholding funds and expecting a condition precedent that favors the president favorably before the funds are given, and we also have efforts to conceal the very document we had in this conversation by people in the White House.”

“We have the State Department involved, we have the Justice Department involved,” he continued. “This is a major scandal and hopefully by Halloween, we’ll figure out how to identify the articles of impeachment that correspond to this misconduct.”

What is something that Trump has and Obama doesn't?
- A fat body.
- An unthinking blob of humanity that follows him without asking critical questions.
- Two ex-wives and a third wife who does not respect him.
- Trump has had unprotected sex with a porn star.
- Multiple business failures and bankruptcies.
- The experience of being used as a propaganda tool for North Korean media.
- Bent over and grabbed his ankles for Vladimir Putin.
- An approval rating that has never hit 50%.
- A much higher turnover rate in his administration; higher than Obama’s or any U.S. president for that matter.
- A brain full of white supremacy, sexism, and the need for validation from people who wouldn’t piss on him if he were on fire.

BONUS: Obama never had an impeachment inquiry hanging over his presidency.

Trump Says He Has Been Treated Very Unfairly by People Who Wrote Constitution... LOL
By Andy Borowitz
February 10, 2017

WASHINGTON ( The Borowitz Report)—Hinting darkly that "there's something going on," Donald J. Trump complained on Friday that he has been treated "very unfairly" by the people who wrote the United States Constitution.

"If the Constitution prevented me from doing one or two things, I'd chalk that up to bad luck," he said. "But when literally everything I want to do is magically a violation of the Constitution, that's very unfair and bad treatment."

Lashing out at the document's authors, Trump said that "America is a great country, but we have maybe the worst constitution writers in the world."

"Russia has much better constitution writers than we do," he said. "I talked to Putin, and he said their constitution never gives him problems."

"The situation is very unfair!" he added.

In an ominous warning, Trump said that, as of Friday, he was putting the writers of the U.S. Constitution "on notice."

"I don't have their names yet, but that's something I'm looking into," he said. "These jokers are not going to get away with this."
