Trudeau goes the easy route, the one that is smooth and wide, and appealing to most. Its easy to make promises and spend money you don't have. But he never mentions his record deficits, instead calls it an investment. He is investing in Canada, in Canadians, and does it with a sunny self assured smile. What's not to like?

If Trump is a performer, so is Trudeau, but they are reading opposite scripts. No doubt they can't stand each other, but at least Trudeau can manage a phony smile, -- unlike Trump.

Both of these guys are racking up a enormous debts. Trump leads in that regard, and Trudeau follows, and ups him a few. Talk about a bubble - well, the media isn't talking about it - that's for sure.
