Removing restructuring and acquisition charges and tax benefits and interest income, SGI has a loss of $3.2 million.

There is also 1,538,000 interest income to be added to 3.4M.
Comes out to be 2.7c/sh.

Either way, I don't believe many people were expecting a positive surprise.
I suspect stock action will be influenced more by conditions and outlook going forward.
I sense that recent actions have just begun to show positive results and stability in the business.
However, it may take a CEO announcement to restore significant investor confidence.
