Why can't there be Count 1, Count 2, Count 3 etc. etc.

trump is guilty of breaking multiple laws, why not charge him with all of them?

It's possible Pelosi had this planned for a long time. Earlier this year she said the House and Senate would be turning Democrat by November (of this year). Someone must have told her shortly after it happened (there are no secrets in this White House). All she needed was the IG report to Congress and then she sat back and watched it happen. She didn't have to do squat.
