If we have a civil war, we'll have to divide up the country. We can't have right wing nuts pretending to be Americans. Without the GDP from Cali and NY, conservatives states collapse quickly. ' If my memory serves me correctly only one red state isn't a welfare state and that's Texas. It may have become a welfare state under Trump but it could survive without government welfare if it had to, but only for a short time. Global warming is costing the state hundreds of billions every year. Can Texas survive without our money in the long term? Most likely not. It's not fair to the rest of us to fund states that get hit by hurricanes every year. We rebuild their cities and states while they vote for people who cut their taxes. It's not right.
