<<What choice would you make for your patient and why?>> Since we are talking about the elective treatment of a non-life threatening condition (I anticipate a series of joking responses to that assertion) a more pertinent question might be: what choice would the patient make and why? The answer would be based on ease of use (that eliminates MUSE as the first choice), cost (no one knows to that one yet) and efficacy (not known for an individual patient until after he has tried it a bit).
