I am talking about the Republican leadership.

The rank and file follow the Republican party's slight of hand i.e. the pub leadership has fooled the rank and file by appealing to their "culture of god, guns and hating gays".

They say see:"we are like you, we have the same values and will fight for yours". So vote for us. This was lee Atwoods Southern strategy.

Then the leadership screws them over by taking away their needed social programs, busting their unions, etc..

A perfect example was Kentucky, I think, that had a Dem governor that got them medicaid, or tried to, and the new pub governor campaigned on taking it away and still they voted for him and then were surprised he is trying to take it away.

I think that is right. If not Kentucky some other state.

I've never met a republican who's a capitalist. Every single one of them wants the Treasury to borrow money and give it to them. They then pretend that passing their bills to us is pro-business. It's not. It's irresponsible.
