There's no any new restructuring. The restructuring that they are talking about is what was already announced -- 850 employee layoff. They were already laid off in the previous quarter, but because of various laws, were given a 2 month notice -- so the actual savings will begin to appear in the current quarter. I'd figure this is about $100M per year savings ($120K per employee), so it should reduce Q3 expenses by about $25M.
