OT (but after hours)
Not to mention the cherry picking of data periods that is common among the Global Warming scientists. Apparently a Canadian government website just recently removed 150 years of weather data; guess the data didn't match the narrative, don't want the public to perform independent research and draw their own conclusions.

I am all for reducing pollution and emissions and we will eventually get there through innovation, but the hypocrisy of the environmental Nazis isn't helping the dialog. Ignoring India and China is ludicrous; we can reduce our carbon footprint by 50% and it would have a miniscule effect on global emissions. And if they are really serious, then start taxing
- ownership of multiple homes: 10% of the property value annually
- personal watercraft: sales tax on purchase (sliding scale, 10% on an aluminum fishing boat, 50% on speed boats and jet skis, ...)
- fuel for personal watercraft
- purchase / lease of personal and corporate jets
- streaming services

- no more air conditioning in public schools
