Rarebird, again I agree with most of what you have to say, so don't take this nitpick the wrong way: There is broad American support for single payer universal healthcare, but people don't want to give up their private plans. So, practically speaking, there really isn't strong support for single payer universal healthcare. That's really not a problem for Warren and the Democrats. All they have to do is promise not to eliminate private plans. It's a promise that can't be kept, but in politics, promises are meant to be broken. Tenchusatsu
