Wendy: IS REPAYMENT GUARANTEED? Why of course...just like the loans we gave out to friends after WWII....think only Belgium repaid. Or how about the loans our major banks were strong-armed into making in SA a few years back. Some almost busted. Huge writedowns of (shareholder) equity. Guaranteed by whom??? The same govts. that won't let US companies into thier markets to trade on equal footing??? Sure!!! Luckily, we can find "no legally controlling authority on this". Best, Don
