I have been a lurker on this thread for some time trying to feel the
potential of FAMH but have I missed something here? I understood AMEX or NASDAQ listing required a stock price of $5.00 or so for a specific period of time (30 days), plus a listing requires approximately 8 to 10 weeks to be completed(if everything goes well) and certain dollar financial considerations.
How does FAMH get to $5.00? This would require a severe reverse split
or is it conceivable FAMH on its own merits will reach that figure?
Any solid info greatly appreciated. K
