One does not simply "IMPEACH THE MOTHAFUCKA!". First one collects and presents the evidence to the Grand Jury (the House). "Is this a tacit admission that impeachment is highly political in nature" If impeachment wasn't in some part political, Bill Clinton wouldn't have an asterisk after his name.
